Don’t let your assumptions sabotage your career

Very often, competent professionals don’t feel the confidence to clarify misunderstandings in the workplace. What others think of them carries too much weight, and they don’t want to upset anyone, so they are careful with every word they say.
False assumptions can lead to frustration, stress, and anxiety. But there is a way out, and it starts with your own awareness of the situation.
