The 2-month coaching program with Virginia has transformed the way my team leads and I interact with each other, and even with ourselves.

It has been an intense and transformational journey. Every two weeks we went out of our daily routines for 120 minutes and were immersed into the key coaching skills that we need to support our team members grow and develop so they can succeed.
